Awka High Court On 30/04/18 Granted Bail To IPOB Members Arrested At Nnewi While Returning From A Burial

The application of bail granted by Awka High court to IPOB members yesterday is based on the fact that Abuja high court judge binta nyako has been delaying justice in the case of the IPOB members undergoing trial in her court.

The central theme is thus: that the defendants at Abuja are facing charges far less serious than the ones in Awka, yet Bail was not only granted but granted on the first application and very liberal terms. Consequent upon this, it will be recalled that the Charges against IPOB members at Awka were filed on the 6th April this year, the defendants have been in detention for less than one month. Abuja defendants have been detained since 2015, this shows the world that Buhari and her Fulani sister Judge is wicked and heartless. Considering the fact that the one in Abuja high court is not even as serious as that of Awka because the Abuja case is conspiracy to commit treason but that of Awka high court is terrorism charge which carries minimum of twenty years in prison.

Bail was granted majorly on my argument that an Application for Stay of Execution of Proscription of IPOB is pending before the Court of Appeal. And the high likelihood of acquittal or dismissal based on the premise of several other challenges to the Proscription of IPOB pending before national and international courts/tribunals.
One more bail application shall be heard in few days time which is May 2nd 2018 to be precise which is next adjourned date.
